चार-पांच लोगों ने नाबालिग बच्चों को खंभे से बांध दिया। फिर बच्चों को रोड और डंडे से काफी देर तक पीटते रहे. यही नही बच्चे का हाथ और पैर पकड़कर दो युवक उसको हवा में उछाल देते हैं। कई फीट ऊपर से वह जमीन पर गिर पड़ता है। दर्द से कराहते बच्चे की चीख निकल जाती है। लेकिन युवक पिटाई करने से बाज नहीं आते।
