पूरे देशभर में आज करवाचौथ का त्योहार मनाया जा रहा है। जिसको लेकर आज सुबह से ही बाजारों में लोगों की भीड़ उमड़ी हुई है। करवाचौथ पर हर पत्नियां अपने पति के लंबे उम्र के लिए ये व्रत रहती है और पति की सुख और समृद्धि की कामना करती है। सजी-धजी महिलाएं पूजा की थाली में दीप, मिठाई, करवा (जल का पात्र) और छलनी सजाती हैं। जब रात में चांद निकलता है, तो महिलाएं छलनी से चांद को देखती हैं और फिर उसी छलनी से अपने पति का चेहरा निहारकर व्रत खोलती हैं। इसी बीच करवाचौथ के दिन भिंड जिले में कुछ अलग नाजारा देखने को मिला। जिसे देखकर अचानक लोगों की निगाहें एक ही जगह आकर टिक गईं।

मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, मामला सदर बाजार का है। दरअसल, यहां एक दोस्त ने अपने दोस्त के लिए करवा चौथ का व्रत रखा। लहंगा पहनकर पत्नी बना और अपनी दोस्ती की अनूठी मिसाल पेश करने के लिए सड़क पर निकल पड़ा। जिसे देखकर लोग दंग रह गए। पहले तो लोगों को लगा की कोई दुल्हन है, लेकिन जब सामने जाकर देखा तो एक लड़का था, अपने दोस्त के साथ बाइक में जा रहा था। इस दौरान वो लहंगा पहना हुआ था और हाथ में थाली लिए था जिसमें छलनी, करवा और पूजा का सामान था। बाद में लोगों को मालूम पड़ा कि अपने दोस्त के लिए करवाचौथ का व्रत रखा है।
